From the ancient tea hills of Uji, our ceremonial-grade matcha is shaded for three weeks before harvest to boost chlorophyll and L-theanine. The leaves are steamed, de-stemmed, de-veined and granite-milled into a vivid jade powder with remarkable umami depth.
