2. Products

AYA sells single-origin botanical powders (matcha, hojicha, butterfly pea, and others as they become available) sourced from partner farms in Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and India. Each pouch specifies net weight, ingredients, origin, allergens, and best-before date.

3. Orders

Orders are placed through ayapowder.com. The order is confirmed once Stripe validates the payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically. The sales contract is formed at that point.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency of the visitor's country (AED, EUR, GBP, CAD or USD) and are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; AYA does not store card numbers.

For orders shipped to the EU from the UAE, applicable VAT and any import duty are handled in one of two ways:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): charges included in the displayed price, no surprise at delivery.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): the courier may collect import VAT/duty on delivery, clearly stated at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship globally via DHL Express, Aramex or FedEx. Typical delivery times:

UAE & GCC: 2–4 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
North America: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply above certain thresholds per destination.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless the product has been opened or unsealed (food-safety exception under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e)).

To exercise this right, contact info@ayapowder.com within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item in sealed condition.

7. Conformity and food-safety

All products comply with EU food law (Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on food information). Ingredients, allergens, net weight, origin country and best-before dates are on every pouch.

If a product fails to meet the contract (damaged in transit, incorrect item, etc.), contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

8. Liability

AYA's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We make no therapeutic or medicinal claims — our powders are foodstuffs, not medicine. Consult a healthcare professional before consuming if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with a diagnosed condition.

9. Intellectual property

All content on ayapowder.com (text, images, design) is owned by Issamoon LLC and protected by copyright. Reproduction requires prior written consent.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer-protection rights apply in addition.

In case of dispute, we try first to find an amicable solution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version applicable to an order is the one in force at the time of the order.
