Japanese farmers originally folded roasted brown rice into green tea to stretch a short harvest. The result outlasted the need for it: a toasty, low-caffeine cup with a popcorn-like aroma that no straight green tea ever delivers. Our version stone-mills both leaf and rice together — so every gram carries the full ratio of the original blend.
Whisk into warm water for a savoury morning cup. Add it to miso soup, rice dishes, or cold water over ice. Low caffeine, high on comfort.
