Shatavari
शतावरी

The root of a hundred husbands — the women's ally.

A wild asparagus root — Asparagus racemosus — used in Ayurveda for over two thousand years specifically for women's health across every stage of life. Slow-dried in Madhya Pradesh to preserve the saponins and phytoestrogens intact, then stone-milled into a soft mauve powder. It does not work like a supplement that spikes and drops. It works by accumulation.

Stir a teaspoon into warm milk with ghee and honey — the traditional rasayana preparation. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, earthy. Take it daily. That is the point.
