Green tea roasted over charcoal. Then stone-milled.
Kyoto farmers roast their hojicha over charcoal at low heat — long enough to strip the bitterness, short enough to keep the flavour. Our powder comes from one farm in Kyoto, stone-milled so every note of roasted caramel and woody depth carries into the cup. Very low in caffeine. The leaf that actually lets you sleep.
Warm in the evening instead of chamomile. Cold with oat milk. Folded into pastry dough, ice cream, or chocolate ganache. It handles everything.
