Picked leaf by leaf from Moringa oleifera trees in Tamil Nadu, ours is dried in low-heat chambers — not sun-dried, which destroys the chlorophyll — to lock in the colour and the nutritional profile. The numbers are real: more iron than spinach, more calcium than milk, all nine essential amino acids in a plant leaf.
Stir a teaspoon into water with lime. Fold into smoothies or bread dough. Blend into a sauce. The taste is grassy and direct — not something you drink for pleasure, but for what it delivers.
